DMZ - Imjingak

The S. Korean side is a tourist destination - there’s a small train, a bunch of cafes and souvenir shops, an amusement park for infants, and even a tiny museum. Flocks of people visit daily - not only S. Koreans, but people from all over the world (on my trip I met some Americans, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese folk).

The N. Korean side, in comparison, is entirely void.  Only few military establishments can be seen.

Kulim Kim art showcase in Seoul

In Seoul, they say churches outnumber conveniences stores. I believe there’s a petition requesting that all crosses emanate wifi.
